
Coker’s Weibel Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors
Coker College cross country runner Hannah Weibel was recently named to the USTFCCA All-Academic honor list.
NEW ORLEANS, LA. – Coker College cross country runner Hannah Weibel earned U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division II All-Academic honors for the 2015 cross country season.
The individual All-Academic honor was awarded to those athletes who have compiled a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.25 and finished among the top 30 percent of eligible runners at his or her regional championships and/or the top half of the field at the NCAA Championships.
Weibel was one of 384 females that were named to the All-Academic honors list. She led the Cobras to two wins this season, while notching two top-five finishes individually. Her best performance came in a win at the Francis Marion Invitational.
The exercise science major graduated in December 2015. She is the daughter of Barbara and Martin Cook.
