Bio

2014-15: Williams ran in four meets for the Cobras. His best 8k time came at the South Atlantic Conference Championship where he ran a 34:27. He came in 17th place at the Francis Marion Invitational with a 5k time of 19:50. 

2013-14: As a freshman, Williams saw action in six meets this season for the Cobras.  His best race of the season came at the Catawba Invitational, when he finished the 8K in a time of 33:19.

High School: Williams ran cross country and track, and was a wrestler at Ridgeview High School. Lettered in cross country and track, setting a personal record of 19:06. Ran a 20:21 at the 2012 SC AAU Regional, ran a 20:30 at the SC AAU Conferenece race and a 20:40 at the Footlocker National Race.
