CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Coker cross country teams will be running in the Southeast Regional Championship meet this Saturday (Nov. 9) at McAlpine Creek Park.
The women's team will be leaning on Hannah Cook to pace them in the 6K race. Cook has finished first in every meet this season, and recently ran a 5K in a time of 21:08 at the SAC Championship.
For the men, Dylan Bates will be the leader. In Bates' most recent race, he finished an 8K race 33rd overall in a time of 28:05.
The women's 6K race will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the men's 10K race at 11:30 a.m.
Tickets will be available for purchase the day of the race at the course entrance. Prices are $2 for adults and students, and free for ages 10 and under.
