Bio

2013-14: Hall ran in every meet this season for the Cobras.  Her best time of the year came at the Catawba Invitational, where she finished the 5K race in a time of 22:20. 

Other College: Hall is a transfer from Darton College where she Academic All-American on the cross country and women's basketball teams.

High School: Hall played was a standout four-sport athlete at Effingham County High School. She lettered in cross country, basketball, soccer and softball. She was named Coca-Cola Female Athlete of the Year, was the Vince Dooley Award winner and was a Wendy's High School Heisman.

Personal: Daughter of Catina and Claine Deal and Thomas Hall...she has three sibilings Faith, Caleb and Tanzy.
