Bio

2012: Wegner has his best time in the 5k event, finishing with a time of 22:42.  He set season best times in the 8k event with a time of 36:19, and the 10k event with a time of 47:50.  

2011: Wegner ran in all eight meets for the Cobras in 2011, posting a season best time of 31:52 at the Confernece Carolinas Championship.

2010: Wegner competed in six meets in 2010. His best time was a 22:50 6k at the Claflin Open.

2009: Wegner competed in five meets for the Cobras during his freshman year. His best time was a 19:14 5k at the Gamecock Invitational.

High School: Wenger was an All-Regin cross country and track runner at Sumter High School. He earned All-Area in the 1600m and was a three-time region champion in the 3200m. His personal best times are: 5K-17:15, 8k-29:15.

Personal: Son of Sherrie and Tom Wegner...he has one brother Collin.
