Bio

2012: Set a Coker cross country record in the 4k race by finishing with a time of 17:50.  Set a season best at the Winthrop Invitational by finishing the 5k race in a time of 22:05.  Finished second for the Cobras at the Southeast Regional by posting a 6k time of 27:25.  

2011: Shaw was one of Coker's leading runners in 2011, competing in all eight meets. Her best time of the season was 20:39 at the Conference Carolinas Championship. She was named Coker's women's cross country team MVP.

High School: Shaw is a native of Aiken, S.C. where she is a standout cross country and track and field runner for South Aiken High School. A six-time letter winner in track and cross country, Shaw has also been named All-Region twice in track and field and three times in cross county. She is a two-time John Hoorman Award winner for cross country and was a South Carolina All-State selection in 2009. Her personal best 5K time is 19:47 and her best mile time is 5:56.
