2022-23: Ran in five meets this season...Ran her fastest time of 25:16.1 (5k) at the Newberry Invitational and 28:03.3 (6k) at the 2022 Akiah McMillan Inviational.

2021-22: Ran in five meets as a sophomore...Recorded her best time of the season at the Royals Challenge with a 22:33.4...Finished 12th at Livingstone XC Invitational.

2020-21: Did not compete in any meets this season.

High School: Attended Oxon Hill High School where she ran track and field and cross country for the Clippers...Was the MVP of the cross country team in 2018...Was team captain of the track and field team...Was part of state championship relay teams in the 4x800 and 4x400...Was a member of the Honor Roll. 

Personal: Daughter of john Forrester...has three sisters.
