2024: Improved to a 5-19 record in her second season, with four wins coming within the conference (three more than her previous season). The record was one thing, the real improvement came in the competitiveness of their matches, going from 19 sets won in 2023 to 31 won in 2024. Brought in her first recruiting class which saw Cayla Gilmore be nominated to the All-Freshman Team in the SAC and be named a finalist for the Freshman of the Year for the conference. Gilmore was Top-10 in Kills Per Set and Top-20 in Kills in the conference as well. Others she coached making an appearance in the Top 25 include Taylor Hills (19th in Kills Per Set, 25th in Kills), McKay Kasper (9th in Blocks Per Set), Kailyn Ivey (13th in Blocks Per Set), Meadow Morse (4th in Digs Per Set, 8th in Digs), Maddy Roberts (16th in Assists Per Set), and Laila Hixon (17th in Assists Per Set).

2023: In her first season, Coach Dragan went 4-22 overall and 1-17 in South Atlantic Conference play. Led her team to three solid non-conference wins over King, Bluefield State, and Southern Wesleyan. Coached multiple athletes to Top-25 showings in different South Atlantic Conference statistical categories: Chelsey Blume (Kills, Kills Per Set, Blocks Per Set), Breyon Forrest (Blocks Per Set), Ada Kuday (Assists Per Set), Kendal Boland (Assists Per Set), and Adriana Velez (Assists Per Set). Also coached Meadow Morse to Top-10 in two categories: Digs and Digs Per Set.

Previous to Coker: Stephanie Dragan was named Coker University’s head women’s volleyball coach on February 13, 2023. Dragan comes to Coker from NCAA DII member Franklin Pierce. She led Franklin Pierce for 14 seasons and is the Franklin Pierce all-time career wins leader. She is no stranger to success, recording a .448 win percentage throughout her time at the University.  At Franklin Pierce, Dragan was named the 2012 Northeast-10 Coach of the Year and has led the Ravens to four NCAA Division II East Region quarterfinals. The coach has also produced numerous athletes who went on to win prestigious awards such as Daktronics All-East Region First Team, All-Northeast-10, and All-Rookie Team.

Dragan is a graduate of Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in social science and was a standout setter on the Bears volleyball team.  In 2008, Dragan earned her Master’s of Sport Science from the United States Sports Academy.  She is active within the volleyball community having served on the NCAA Division II National Women’s Volleyball Committee serving as chair of the east region.
