Bio

Sam Summers is a dedicated and driven individual currently pursuing a Master's in Management and Leadership at Coker University, with a background in Marketing and Strategic Communications from Butler University. As a Graduate Assistant and Assistant Coach for the volleyball team, Sam assists in practice planning, game day preparation, player feedback, recruiting efforts, travel coordination, and event organization.

With experience as a Catalog and Marketing Intern at Cintas and a Marketing and Branding Intern at Catalyst Consulting Group, Sam has honed skills in communication, organization, and analysis. He has also served as a Youth Volleyball Coach for various clubs and high schools, focusing on skill development, healthy lifestyle promotion, and tournament coaching.

In addition to his professional experience, Sam has demonstrated leadership and community engagement through roles such as President of Butler Men's Club Volleyball, Vice President, and Club Sports President of the Year. He also served as Senior Team Manager for Butler Women's Volleyball and spearheaded the creation of a student-run coffee distribution business, Butler Blend, at Butler University.

With a passion for volleyball, marketing, and leadership, Sam Summers is a well-rounded individual committed to making a positive impact both on and off the court.
