Cobras fall to Wingate 3-0 in South Atlantic Conference Action

HARTSVILLE, S.C. -- The Coker College women's volleyball team dropped a South Atlantic Conference match to the Wingate Bulldogs 3-0 (17-25, 12-25, 19-25) on Monday (Oct. 22).

Freshman Olivia Cerick led the way for the Cobras with seven kills, and nine digs. Lana Strejcek chipped in six kills, and two digs while Rami Mullen notched 24 assists and seven digs.

Coker will be back in action on Tuesday (Oct. 23) when they host the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears in another South Atlantic Conference contest in the DeLoach Center. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
