Cobras Drop Match to Trojans
The Coker women's volleyball team fell to the Anderson (S.C.) University Trojans on Saturday (Oct. 25) in South Atlantic Conference volleyball action.

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's volleyball team dropped a South Atlantic Conference match, 3-1, to the Trojans of Anderson (S.C.) University on Saturday (Oct. 25).
Celia Duggan led the Cobras with 13 kills, while Elisabeth Merrifield add nine kills and six digs. The trio of Rachel Waters, Megan Hardy and Samantha Celek headed the defense with 19, 12 and 10 digs, respectively. Christen Bragg paced the offense with 43 assists and four service aces.
The Navy and Yellow will hit the road on Wednesday (Oct. 29) for a non-conference matchup with the Falcons of Pfeiffer University. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m.
