Coker Women's Volleyball Takes Down Mount Olive 3-2
The Coker women's volleyball team improved to 2-1 in Conference Carolinas play with a 3-2 win over Mount Olive on Friday.

MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – A trio of Cobras knocked down double digit kills, as Coker defeated Mount Olive 3-2 in Conference Carolinas women's volleyball action Friday night.
Taylor Willis had 12 kills, while Catie Truzzolino and April Griggs had 11 kills each, leading Coker (2-1 Conf. Carolinas) to a 25-16 first set win, a 25-22 second set win and a 15-6 fifth set win. Mount Olive did manage to pick up victories in the third and fourth sets with scores of 25-22 and 26-24.
Helping the Cobras in the win was sophomore setter Samantha Celek and her 46 assists, while freshman Hannah Cabaniss had a team high 14 digs.
Coker win be back in action again on Saturday at Barton College. The conference match is scheduled to start at 2 p.m.
