Wingate, NC – Coker Women's Tennis dropped a tough one at Wingate, losing 7-0 on the road to the tenth-ranked Wingate Bulldogs.

The day opened with doubles action, with the three pairs of Cobras getting swept to open the day as Wingate took the doubles point. On to the singles courts, Coker also lost on all six courts. On a high note for the Cobras, Emerson Banning fought in a three-setter (1-6, 6-2, 6-4) but found herself on the wrong end of that one.
