Women’s Tennis Battled in a Tight Match against Marion Francis
The Coker Cobras went down the road in a close match-up
Florence, SC. – Coker wasted no time in doubles grabbing two out of the three matches. Jessica Binzari and Julie Martincova started it off for the Cobras as they won their set (6-3). Olivia Drake and Caroline Myers kept it rolling in doubles as the duo won their set (6-4).
The Cobras battled hard in singles. Binzari as the number one controlled her set as she fell in the first set but came back to sweep her second and third sets (6-2). Claire Nance was the only other individual to win her match-up (6-0) and (6-3). Coker put some strong set together but fell at the end (4-3).
