
Clark Leads Coker Past Tusculum With Hat Trick
Freshman scores twice in the second half, as Coker takes down Tusculum 4-2.
Hartsville, SC. - Maia Clark continued to shine for Coker, as she nets three goals to power Coker past Tusculum. The Cobra's used a three goal second half to clinch a SAC playoff spot.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
It was Tusculum striking first Saturday afternoon, when Brynn Stokes played a ball from Sydney Grant into the back of the net to put the Pioneers on the board.
After the Pioneers first goal, the Cobras didn't panick. This would become the story of the night for Coker.
Maia Clark responded seven minutes later with a goal, after Isabella Rychel gave her a great ball that she was able to deposit into the back of the net.
At the half, Coker tallied six shots with four being on target, but just had the one Clark goal to show for it.
Tusculum scored first to start the second half to give the Pioneers a 2-1 lead.
The Cobras, who have found themselves in this positon time and time again this year, continued to battle. Maia Clark was fouled in the box earning a pentaly kick two minutes later, and did not disapoint. She put a perfect ball into the bottom right corner to tie the game at two.
Nine minutes later, Kelsey Smith driblled through multiple defenders before putting in a cross that was played by Mila Rausch and Lilly Borgman, who dished off to Clark, as she once again put the ball into the back of the net to complete her hat trick.
After taking a 3-2 lead, the Cobras didn't let up. Mila Rausch laucned a perfect ball from outside the box after weaving through numerous Pioneers to ice the game for Coker.
Coker finisehd their senior night game with 21 shots, 13 of which were on goal helping earn a 4-2 victory.
