NEWBERRY, S.C. - The Coker College women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 contest to the Newberry College Wolves Wednesday (Oct. 17) afternoon in a South Atlantic Conference matchup.
Gaby Sturla led the Cobras offensively with three shots and one on goal. Farrah Brown trailed Sturla with two shots, both being on goal. In between the pipes, Samantha Hoffman gathered five saves on the afternoon. As a team, the Cobras tied their season-high with 10 shots.
The Cobras will be back in action on Saturday (Oct. 20) when they travel to Lincoln Memorial and take on the Railsplitters at 1 PM.
