Cobras and Bears Square Off for Non-Conference Match

Coker prepared to take on Shaw on Saturday

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker College Cobras and Shaw University Bears will play a non-conference match on Saturday (Sept. 9). Fans can follow the game with live stats and video by visiting www.cokercobras.com.

The Cobras will host the Bears for its third non-conference game on the season. Coker previously played Converse College on Wednesday (Sept. 6), which ended in a 0-0 draw after two overtime periods. The Navy and Gold persisted with 12 shots including three from Lexi Garcia. Samantha Hoffman also tied her season high in saves with nine.

Coker will host Shaw at the Coker Athletic Field on Saturday (Sept. 9) at 12 p.m.
