Coker's Season Comes to an End with 3-1 Loss to Brevard

BREVARD, N.C. – The Coker women's soccer season came to an end on Saturday (Nov. 1) with a 3-1 loss to South Atlantic Conference foe, the Brevard Tornados.

Under cold and snowy weather conditions, the Tornados took a 3-0 lead early on in the match. The Cobras lone goal of the match came from Renee Ledesma with 10 minutes left in the game. Coker continued to battle, but was unable to close the two-goal lead, giving Brevard the 3-1 victory.

Senior goalkeeper Lizz Morris added four saves to her NCAA Division II and SAC leading total. She finishes the season 182 saves, giving her 543 for her career. She is ranked No. 2 all-time at Coker in saves.
