MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – Carrie Hudnell (Goose Creek, S.C.) recorded eight saves in the Cobra women’s soccer team’s 7-0 loss to Mount Olive in Conference Carolinas women’s soccer action Saturday night. The Trojans’ Sarah Porter had a hat trick and two assists to lead the Mount Olive offense in the win.

Giving assistance to Porter was Caroline Smith with three assists in the match, while Janaya Finney, Tia Rose, Carlee Bock and Autmn Ewald each had a goal.

Sarah Kinsey (Windermere, Fla.) led the offensive attack with two shots, with Morgan Hartline (Columbia, S.C.) and Sarah Rountree (Plantation, Fla.) each taking a shot in the match.

The Cobras will head to Misenheimer, N.C. for their next match on Tuesday at Pfeiffer University. Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
