Previous to Coker: Derek Pinedo is a talented wrestler from Port Charlotte, Florida. Throughout his high school career, he competed in the 126, 132, and 138 weight classes. In college, he plans to wrestle in the 125 or 133 weight classes. Derek has achieved notable success in his wrestling career. He is an AAU national All American and has qualified for the state tournament once. Additionally, he has been a district runner-up twice. Derek's dedication and skill have been recognized by his coaches, as he has received the Port Charlotte Coaches Award. As Derek continues his wrestling journey at Coker University, he aims to excel in his weight class and contribute to the team's success. With his impressive track record and determination, Derek is sure to make a significant impact on the Coker University wrestling program.
