2014-15: Did not wrestle this season. 

2013-14: Perkins scored 14 wins during his freshman season at Coker. He represented the Cobras at the NCAA Super Regional Championships.

High School: Perkins was a triple threat in high school, participating in football, wrestling, and track.  As a wrestler, he compiled a record of 118-14 and was a South Carolina 4A state champion.  He was also a two-time state finalist, a three-time state qualifier, a two-time lower state champion, and a three-time region champion.  He was recognized as an All-State athlete three times, and was selected to the All-Low County team three times.  Perkins was also voted the Summerville High School Most Outstanding wrestler for four years in a row. 

Personal: Son of Jeff and Peggy Perkins...he has one brother, Miles.
