Wainwright Brings in Five More Wrestlers

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College head men's wrestling coach Cy Wainwright has announced the addition of five wrestlers to his first-year program. Tyvon Leacok, Derek Rothermel, Joey Small, Edward Stokes and Jamez Taylor will be joining the Cobras beginning in the 2013-14 academic year.

"These five young men are great additions for this class," Wainwright said. "This brings added competition for our roster, and I can't wait to get them here and put them to work."

Leacock joins Coker from Cheraw High School in Cheraw, S.C.

Rothermel is from St. James High School in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Small hails from North Myrtle Beach High School in Little River, S.C.

Stokes is from Hough High School in Cornelius, N.C.

Taylor comes from Campbell High School in Smyrna, Ga.
