LAST TIME OUT:

The Cobras won their last game with a 13-12 win over Southern Wesleyan University of the Conference Carolinas. During the first two periods of this game, the Cobras and Warriors were very back and forth trading shot for shot with the score being 2-2 after 1 and 5-4 after the second period. Southern Wesleyan started to build up the score gap in the 3rd period where they scored 5 goals and at one point had a 4-goal lead over the Cobras. In the 4th period of this game, however, Coker showed what they were made of. The Cobras went on a goal-scoring run as they had 7 goals in a stunning comeback victory. In this game, Kate Halcro and Mia MacMillan were on another level as they continued to score and assist each other. Halcro finished this game with 6 goals, 5 of which were in the last 9 minutes of the game. MacMillan registered 5 assists with 4 of them coming in the last period of the game. The Cobras will look to go into their game against Chowan with the same attacking ferocity that they have shown over their previous 3 games.
