MACMILLAN VOTED SAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

HARTSVILLE, SC: Mia MacMillan has been named SAC offensive player of the Week after a great week out on the field. The junior attacker competed in both games for the Cobras this week as she had important impacts against Truett-McConnell and Southern Wesleyan University.

MacMillan started her fantastic week with a home game against Truett-McConnell, where she registered 6 goals and 2 assists in the 19-6 win over the Bears. In the second game of the week, MacMillan and the Cobras faced off against the Southern Wesleyan University Warriors of the Conference Carolinas. In this game, MacMillan started a clutch comeback in the 4th period against the Warriors with a goal and followed that up with 5 assists to give the Cobras the 13-12 win over their Conference Carolinas foe. To go along with her stats on the week MacMillan is also leading the South Atlantic Conference in both assists and points.
