Cobras Place 11th In Lady Bearcat Invitational
Coker was led by Gisele Morna, takes 11th in last regular season match.
GREENWOOD, SC. - Coker shot +89 over the course of three days at Greenwood Country Club, and place 11th in last regular season match.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Round one saw Coker shoot +29 on the first 18 holes, as Daniella Gyoni shot +3 on the round, and Gisele Morna shot +4. Gisele led the way for Coker over the course of the 54 holes played on the week. Gyoni birdied two holes on the round, a Coker best.
In round two, Coker continued to battle. The Cobras were led by Haylie George's best round of the tournament, where she shot +6. She birdied two of the first four holes in this round to help Coker. Morna also birdied two holes on the round, and Coker shot +35 on the round.
The third round was the best for the Cobras, shooting +25 overall as a team to close out the tournament strong. Morna led the way for Coker shooting just one over par on the round. All five Cobras participating in the tournament registered scores below +10 on the final 18 holes. Morna recorded five birdies, with four of them coming on par 4's. The Cobras wrapped up the regular season with an 11th place finish in the tournament.
