Women's Golf Finishes Ninth at Savannah Lakes Invitational
Daniella Gyoni paces the Cobras with a +4 performance, as Coker finishes ninth.
McCormick, SC. - Junior Daniella Gyoni finished eighth individually as Coker put together a ninth place finish in the Savannah Lakes Invitational. Gyoni shot four over to crack a top 10 finish.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Coker sat in seventh after Monday's opening round following a team score of +19. Daniella Gyoni was even on the round, putting her in third place through the first 18 holes.
Gisele Morna also placed in the top 40 with a +5 round in the morning of day one.
The Cobras held their postion at seventh following round two in the afternoon, while Gyoni finished second in the round with an outstanding two under scorecard.
On day two, Coker dropped two spots finishing in ninth place for the tournament.
Coker finished their three rounds with a combined score of +65, with Daniella Gyoni, Gisele Morna, and Haylie George all finished within the top 50 for individual scores.
