Campbell Leads Cobras to Sixth-Place Finish at Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - The Coker College women's golf team notched a sixth-place finish at the Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate on Tuesday (Feb. 12) in their first tournament of the spring season.
Alyssa Campbell led the charge for the Cobras, finishing tied for 12th after shooting a 78 (+6) in today's round. Ana Orlov would match Campbell's final round score of a 78 (+6) and finished in a tie for 26th. Bella Harris ended the day in a tie for 31st with a final round score of 85 (+13), while Samantha Pearson was just behind in in a tie for 33rd after carding an 80 (+8) today. The final Cobra, Alicia Fajardo, was unable to finish and had to withdraw from the tournament midway through her final round.
The Cobras will hit the course again on Monday (Feb. 18) and Tuesday (Feb. 19) when they travel to Spartanburg, South Carolina for the Converse Spring Invite.
