COKER WILL FACE OFF AGAINST ANDERSON FOR THE THIRD TIME THIS SEASON
Rock Hill, SC - It's been a great start to the tournament with double-digit wins over Limestone and Wingate. Now, for the first time in program history, the Cobras will compete for a SAC Postseason title against the Anderson Trojans.

Cobra Corner
- The Cobras have handled business so far in the SAC Tournament, winning by 19 over #8 Limestone and by 15 tonight against #4 Wingate
- The First-Team and Second-Team All-SAC honorees in Shawnteanna Tillman and Mya Wasswa, respectively, have come up huge in this tournament. Tillman had a career-high 31 to lead the Cobras in Game 1, and then Wasswa shouldered the load against Wingate with 20 points and 8 rebounds.
- Both contests with Anderson have been decided by less than five points, losing by three on the road and winning by four at home. Expect this final to be a great contest by two great teams!
Last Time Out
- The Cobras took care of business this evening, beating the Wingate Bulldogs 58-43 to move on to the final
- Wingate started off up 7-2, but the Cobras responded in a big way with a 14-0 run to put them up 16-7 in the second quarter
- The Cobras went into the locker room up 30-13, then opened up the second half on another run to earn a 22-point lead in the third
- The Cobras had a big lead going into the fourth, and Wingate tried to make a late run while cutting it to just an eleven-point game
- Coker came in clutch at the end of the contest, gaining back some of that separation and knocking down late free throws to ice the game
