The record has been broken, and a historic season has been cemented. However, the Cobras aren't done yet. With seven contests remaining in the season, the Cobras are on a quest to secure their first-ever South Atlantic Conference Regular Season Title, while simultaneously securing the first overall seed in the SAC Postseason Tournament. With a three-game lead on the second-place Wingate Bulldogs, a win tomorrow will take them one step forward in their pursuit.
In terms of the statistical side, two Cobras still appear in the top 50 of respective statistical categories in all of DII Women's Basketball. Kamari Thompson finds herself in a plethora of these lists, including blocks, blocks per game, rebounds, offensive rebounds per game, and total rebounds per game. Shawnteanna Tillman, the Cobras' leading scorer, finds herself in the top ten in steals and steals per game, getting it done on both sides of the ball.
Last Time Out
A big second half of play led the Cobras to a dominant 57-40 win over the Bears of Lenoir-Rhyne. The Cobras were able to take the lead and build a five-point cushion before the break and put the nail in the coffin in the second half of play. Mya Wasswa had a huge game, scoring 20 points and adding 12 rebounds to record a double-double.

This time, Emory & Henry will have to face the tough environment of the DeLoach Center, a place where the Cobras are undefeated this year.
