Coker Falls to Lenoir-Rhyne in Saturday Game (Dec. 10th)

Hickory, NC - The Coker University Women's Basketball Team travelled to Hickory, North Carolina to compete against Lenoir-Rhyne on Saturday (Dec. 10th). 

Of the 52 points scored for the night, Hope Richardson led the Cobras with 9 points. Richardson was followed by Demeritte (7) and Knight (7) who added to the mix. Five other Cobras would put points on the board against Lenoir-Rhyne. From the free throw line, Coker shot a hefty 77.8 percent.

For the first time this season, Haley McClure lead the team in rebounds. McClure collected a total of 10 throughout the game. As a team, Coker had a total of 45 rebounds, seven steals, and three blocks.

The Bears', Blaikley Crooks posted a game high of 16 points, eight of those coming from behind the foul line. 

The Cobras will return to the court on Wednesday (Dec 14th) against Catawba. Tip off is scheduled for 5:30 pm.  Live stream and stats will be available at www.cokercobras.com
