WINGATE, N.C. – The Coker College women's basketball team fell to the Wingate Bulldogs 73-61 on Wednesday (Feb. 21) evening in South Atlantic Conference action.
Shay Jackson and Iresha Cooper led the Cobras in scoring with 10 points apiece. Janea Williams added eight points, 15 rebounds, and four blocks, and Aloni McFarland chipped in a season-high eight points and four assists.
The Cobras will finish their season on Saturday (Jan. 24) when they visit Anderson to face the Trojans in a South Atlantic Conference contest. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m.
