Coker's Green Named Second Team All-SAC

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Coker College women's basketball player Jazz Green was named to the South Atlantic Conference all-conference team the league office announced today. Green was named to All-SAC second team.

Green, a senior guard, appeared in all 28 games this season for the Cobras, starting in 27 of them. She averaged 15.2 points per game, which was good enough for fifth in the conference. She pulled down nine rebounds and swiped 2.6 steals per contest, both of which were second in the SAC. She was also fifth in the conference with 3.4 assists per game.

Green is a physical education major and from Darlington S.C. She is the daughter of Lavonda and Maurice Green.
