MARS HILL, N.C.- Coker women's basketball dropped its South Atlantic Conference game 77-53 at Mars Hill on Saturday (Feb. 20).
Jazz Green led the Cobras offensively, pouring in 25 points and hauling down eight rebounds. Mariah Johnson also chipped in 11 points off the bench.
The Cobras trailed 38-20 at half, and 64-37 after three quarters. Johnson would score nine points in the fourth quarter as the Cobras won the frame 16-13.
The Cobras will hit the hardwood again on Wednesday (Feb. 24) when they travel to Newberry. Tip-off is slated for 6:00 p.m.
