Cobras Stumble in Loss to Indians

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker women's basketball dropped its midweek South Atlantic Conference tilt to visiting Catawba, 72-57.
Jazz Green's 16 point, 10 rebound double double paced the Coker offense, while Terrika Foster chipped in 10 points and hauled down nine boards.
Coker trailed by 13 at the half, and going to the fourth quarter the Indians' lead was 18. With just under four minutes remaining Coker came within 10 when Sydney Shull hit the mark from beyond the arc. The Indians would milk the clock on the double digit lead from there.
The Cobras hit the hardwood again Saturday (Jan. 30) when they travel to Brevard. Tip-off is set for 2:00 p.m.
