Hartsville, S.C. - The Coker College women's basketball team opens their 2009-10 season on Sunday, Nov. 15, when they host the UNC-Pembroke Braves at 3:00 p.m. in the Timberlake-Lawton Gymnasium on the campus of Coker College.

The Lady Cobras are led by five seniors, including the All-Conference Finish connection of Henna Koponen (Vantaa, Finland) and Lotta Aaltonen (Rauma, Finland). Coker is coming of their best season under head coach Carol Meegan's leadership, finishing with a record of 11-17 overall.
