Thomasville, NC  - LaShonda Chiles of Anderson College and Keauna Vinson of Barton College, tied for the most popular picks for the 2004-05 Preseason All-CVAC team.  Chiles was last season’s CVAC Freshman of the Year as Vinson was the CVAC’s Player of the Year.  Following them in rank order was 2003-04 first team All-CVAC member Shamae Hemingway of Coker College, 2003-04 first team All-CVAC member Deanna Lady of Lees-McRae College, and 2003-04 honorable mention All-CVAC member Jervorah Whitfield of Belmont Abbey College.  The Preseason All-CVAC team is voted on by all conference member head coaches.  Each coach can only nominate one individual from their team, as the overall top five vote-getters are included.
