Winston-Salem, NC- The Cobras competed on Day-1 of the South Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships. There were great performances by both teams and look to head into day 2 with some momentum.

  Naizja Redding started off hot for the Cobras as she ran a time of 9.25 to grab a 9th-place finish. Gary Simpkins ran a 50.63 in the open 400 to finish in 8^th place.
