Men's Track and Field Wraps Up Competition at the Vertklasse Meeting
HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Coker University men’s track and field team wrapped up competition at the Vertklase Meeting on Saturday (Apr. 2).
HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Coker University men's track and field team wrapped up competition at the Vertklase Meeting on Saturday (Apr. 2).
Sincere Beam posted a mark of 12.36m in the triple jump, while Kristoffer Persen and Davion Sebree finished in a tie for 14th in the 100m at 11.22. Persen also finished 20th in the 200 (22.47), while Austin Simpkins finished 22nd (22.49). Simpkins also finished 20th in the 400 at 52.23, while Tyler McCoy finished second in the 110m hurdles in 15.52. Mahliqe Andrews also posted a season-best with a win in the 800 in 1:57.48.
