Pelham Adds All-Region Honor to Stellar Freshman Campaign

HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Coker College softball player Chloe Pelham has been selected to the Southeast All-Region Second Team, as announced by the NFCA. Pelham was already announced as a second-team all-conference selection this year as an outfielder as she continues to shine in her freshman season.

The freshman outfielder from Goose Creek, South Carolina has been a star in her first season with the Cobras and has been one of the best freshmen in the entire South Atlantic Conference. Offensively she led the team in batting average (.406), on-base percentage, slugging percentage (.563), hits (52), runs (34), stolen bases (10), and triples (3). Her batting average was also good for the fifth-best mark in the South Atlantic Conference and the best average among the conference's freshmen.

She is the daughter of Jimmy and Tonya Pelham.
