HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College Head Softball Coach David Hanna announced the signing of Logan Cox to a National Letter of Intent to play softball for the Cobras in 2011-12. Cox will join the Cobra softball team from Georgetown High School in Georgetown, S.C.

A 2010 All-State selection, Cox was 18-8 with a 1.30 ERA and 232 strikeouts last season, while also hitting .461 at the plate. She was also a South Carolina High School Sports Report All-State selection and Sun News “Toast of the Coast”, as well as an All-Region selection in 2010.

Cox becomes one of three players signed by Coach Hanna during the early signing period to play for the Cobras during the 2012 season.
