Florence, SC- Coker won their first game of the Francis Marion Invitational, as they defeated USC-Upstate 4-2. Coker is now 16-3 on the season.

Somer Bigham (13-2) earned win, while Miranda Klees, Eunice Nettles, Allie Bragg and Ashton Williamson each had an RBI in the game.

The Cobras continue the FMU Invitational on Saturday, when they take on Armstrong Atlantic University at 1:00 p.m. and Catawba College at 5:00 p.m. at Freedom Florence.
