In game one, Coker took an early 1-0 lead in the first off an RBI single by Kimberly Atkinson that scored Jessica Blackwell. To the Cobras dismay, that would be their only run, as Belmont Abbey pour on seven runs over the next six innings. The Abbey scored three runs in the third off a three run homer to deep center from Angie Sowell.
Coker starter Somer Bigham (12-5) took the loss, throwing five innings for the Cobras, allowing seven runs on seven hits, while striking out eight.

Leading the Coker offense were Blackwell and Atkinson, each going 2-for-3, while Atkinson added an RBI and Blackwell had a run scored.
The Crusaders were led by Sowell, who was 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs and Abby Threatt, who was 1-for-3 with an RBI.
Game two, turned out to be a much more exciting game on both sides of the field, as Belmont Abbey struck first scoring three runs in the second. Coker answered right back scoring four in the bottom of the second. The crusaders would tie the game at four in the fourth, and that is where the game would remain until the sixth.
Eunice Nettles led off the bottom of the sixth with a blast off the left field wall for a double, after Christan Morabito came on a as pinch runner, Amy Shelley sacrificed her over to third. With one out Amanda Shelton came on as a pinch hitter and hit a deep fly ball to left, enough to allow Morabito to tag-up and score the winning run, 5-4.
Shelly Catlett (4-2) earned the win throwing all seven innings, allowing four runs on eight hits, while striking out three.
For Coker, Eunice Nettles was 2-for-3 with a double and Anna Lucas was 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs.
Cameron Greene was 2-for-3 for the Crusaders and Rutledge was 1-for-3 with a double.
