2020-21: Did not compete in any meets this season. 

2019-20: Did not run this season...Named to the 2019-20 South Atlantic Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

2018-19: Participated in three races during his freshman season...Ran the Queens City Invite 8k in 31:09 (Sept. 28)...Ran the VertCross Invitational 8k in 31:10.13 (Oct. 12)...Ran the 8k race at the South Atlantic Conference Championships in 30:55.4 (Nov. 3). 

High School: Attended Southern Guilford High School where he ran track and cross country for the Storm...Off the field he participated in the Youth Leadership Summit, Bowling Club, and was a male mentor.
