Cobras Completes Day 2 of the Camel Invitational

Hartsville, SC- Coker University men's and women's teams both wrapped up Day 2 of the Camel Invitational, the men's 800m race showcased the talents of three exceptional athletes. In heat 5, sophomore Phillip Davis displayed his prowess, crossing the finish line with a time of 2:09.23. Davis demonstrated his determination and skill, setting a strong foundation for his season.

Following closely behind Davis was junior Josh Zeigler, competing in heat 6. Zeigler hit a time of 2:17.06. Sophomore Nicholas Hallis also participated in heat 6, finishing at 2:20.19. 


On the women's side, the 800m race featured two talented athletes representing Coker University. Junior Taylor Marotta competed in heat 6, finishing with a time of 3:07.42. Freshman Kylee Ryan also participated in heat 7, crossing the finish line with a time of 3:08.06. 


Overall, the track and field athletes from Coker University displayed their dedication, skill, and potential in the 800m race. With each athlete showcasing their abilities, they set a strong example for their teammates and proudly represented Coker University.
