Men's Tennis Handles Mars Hill 7-0

Mars Hill, NC - Men's Tennis grabbed yet another big South Atlantic Conference win, mauling the Lions of Mars Hill with a 7-0 sweep.

The Cobras continued their dominant doubles streak, sweeping all three courts to take the point. Tom Lamers and Thibaut Decaluwe partnered up for a 6-0 bagel win on cout one, Samuel Winter and Bernardo Peralta came together for the 6-1 win on court two, while Joao Casas Moreira and Andy Huyhn took the 6-2 win on court three.

Singles was a direct copy of doubles, sweeping the Lions on all six courts:

• Decaluwe won 6-2, 6-0 on court one
• Lamers won 6-0, 6-2 on court two
• Winter won 6-4, 6-2 on court three
• Huyhn won 4-6, 6-2, 10-4 on court four
• Moreira won 6-2, 6-2 on court five
• Peralta won 6-2, 6-4 on court six

The Cobras will travel to Newberry on Wednesday as the end of conference play nears. First serve in that one is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
