Men's Tennis Take the Victory Against the Mars Hill
The Cobras take down the Mountain Lion
HARTSVILLE, SC.- Men's tennis wins at home as they took on Mars Hill Monday evening. The Cobras face the Mountain Lions in a South Atlantic Conference match. Coker looks to finish the season on a high note as they battled through a long and hot afternoon. The Cobras came out on top as Coker took the match (4-3).
Coker's doubled led the way for the Cobras as all three teams came out striking and won each set. Andy Huynh and Tom Lamers battled through their stats as they won in a close won (7-6). Thibaut Decaluwe and Samuel Winter were in a grove as they won their set (6-2). Torben Brinkmann and Bernardo Peralta were in sync and connected on all cylinders as they won (6-2). Huynh was the first individual wienr taking it in three sets (6-3), (6-1), and (6-1). Peralta took his match in three sets as he dropped the second set and came back to win (6-2), (0-6), and (6-3). Oskar Bjuroe gathered himself and took home the win in a three-set battle (6-4), (3-6), and (7-6).
