Men’s Tennis Drops Non-Conference Match at Francis Marion

The Coker College men’s tennis team (5-3) dropped a non-conference match 7-2 to the Francis Marion University Patriots

FLORENCE, S.C. - The Coker College men's tennis team (5-3) dropped a non-conference match 7-2 to the Francis Marion University Patriots Sunday (Feb. 25) afternoon.

Felix Schweyer and Dominic Allan earned a 8-5 victory at No. 3 doubles to improve to 5-2 on the season. In singles action, Mark Watt continued his excellent start to the season, picking up a 7-5, 6-3 victory at No. 1 singles. Watt is now 7-1 in singles play.

The Cobras will be back in action when they host Tusculum to open up South Atlantic Conference play on Mar. 10. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
