Cobras Fall to No. 27 FMU in Season Debut
The Coker College men's tennis team picked up a win at No. 2 doubles in the lost to Francis Marion on Wednesday.
HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College men's tennis team dropped a non-conference matchup to the visiting Francis Marion University Patriots on Wednesday (Feb. 1) by a score of 8-1.
The tandem of Mark Watt and Dominic Allan picked up a win at No. 2 doubles for the lone point for the Navy and Gold. In singles, the Cobras forced three-set matches at No. 1, 2 and 3 singles.
The Cobras will be back in action on Saturday (Feb. 4) when they travel to Erskine to square off with the Flying Fleet in a non-conference matchup.
