Cobras Host Young Harris in Non-conference Matinee

The Cobras are coming off a SAC victory over Lenoir-Rhyne on Saturday (Mar. 5).

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker men's tennis hosts Young Harris in a non-conference match on Tuesday (Mar. 8).

The Cobras defeated Lenoir-Rhyne in South Atlantic Conference play on Saturday (Mar. 5). Mark Watt and Tom Sizeland picked up an 8-3 win at No. 2 doubles, while Will Marrafao and Felix Schweyer picked up an 8-3 win at No. 3 doubles. Sizeland (6-7, 7-4, 6-3, 6-2), Simon Bergbon (6-1, 6-0), Watt (6-1, 6-0) and Henrik Hellbe (6-2, 6-3) all picked up wins at singles.

Tom Sizeland leads the Cobras in singles play with a 6-2 mark, while the tandem of Sizeland and Mark Watt is 5-3 in doubles play this season. The duo of William Marrafao and Felix Schweyer is 3-3 in doubles play this season.

The action is slated for a 1:00 p.m. start.
