Coker's Sizeland Receives Astroturf SAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week Honors

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College men's tennis player Tom Sizeland has been named the Astorturf South Atlantic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday (March 6).

A native of Hamilton, New Zealand, Sizeland, led the Cobras to a 6-3 win over SAC foe Lenoir-Rhyne last week. He won a hard fought battle at No. 2 singles 6-7 (7-9), 6-3, 6-2, and also picked up a win at No. 2 doubles with partner Mark Watt, 8-3.

Sizeland is a senior biology major. He is the son of Wilma and Peter Sizeland.
